Carlos Gomez Gallego was born in Madrid Spain in 1976. Moving to Australia in 1983 he is presently completing the final year of a Bachelor of Computer Systems Engineering at The University of Queensland. When not engineering he enjoys playing the guitar, snowboarding and camping.
Professionally he has had some experience in the robotics industry working for ForBio Robotics, a company involved in the mass production of genetically engineered plants. He has also worked for some smaller software companies developing Microsoft Access and Visual Basic databases.
Presently he is working for his own business, Ole Computing contracting to other companies. Most of the work is done through Dynamic Retail Systems; a company which develops complete retail solutions (hardware and software) for organisations such as Liquor outlets, hotels and clothing retailers.
