Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is the redesign and construction of a Wireless Communication
Link for the UQ RoboRoos. The RoboRoos are a team of soccer playing robots designed
specifically for the task of competing in the small size league of the inaugural
RoboCup competition. The main goal of this communications link is to provide the
RoboRoos with a high speed, low power and reliable service for communicating all
required playing data.
