The University of Queensland
Innovation Expo 2003 is a showcase of ideas and research from UQ's leading
information science, technology and engineering research centres, postgraduates
and graduating students.
There's lots to see and interact with, from an Automatic Cocktail Maker, to a
Credit-Card Size ECG; a Smart Cricket Ball, to a GPS Based Aircraft Collision
Avoidance System. Along with the Smart Road-Sign and Unforgetting Bathroom Scales these are just a few of the 350+
research projects on show across a range of industry sectors including education, telecommunications, transport, health and medicine, science, manufacturing and
energy.
