Among so many online activities, email is the most popular activities for both at home and at work. This creates a key of marketing opportunity for both large and small business. I am glad given an opportunity to complete this very impressive report called E-Mail Marketing Report in the first part of my thesis report. Marketers can use e-mail to gget in front ofh customers and prospects in a more concrete and forceful way. Where is this vehicle going and how can you reap the benefits? My E-mail Marketing Report equipped a number of comparative charts showing you figures from leading research firms worldwide, so the readers will not get an unbiased look at the numbers before you make your next strategic marketing plan. Anyone who wants to achieve his or her prime targets by using email, my E-mail Marketing Report should not be leave. As we know email is the most popular activities for both at home and at work; therefore, it is essential for us to value the free web-based email services available in the market. Introduction to two leading free Web-Based e-mail and comparison of this Web- Based will be shown in the second part of this thesis report. Hopefully by comparing these two examples (Yahoo Mail and Hotmail), the readers could have better understanding about web-based emails such as Yahoo Mail and Hotmail. In the third Part of this thesis report, it will outline a means of the fundamental document describing the proposal of future work. Detailed literature reviews and theories were included in this report to help understand the design and development of the how to make Microsoft outlook Useful by using Visual Basic. This part will be more technical compare to Part1 (Email Marketing Report) and Part2 (Web- Based E-mails Comparison), which is more on marketing research
